In the short time that had passed since Alice had arrived in Storybrooke for the second time, the first being the night she, Cyrus, and Rabbit had come in search of Will's heart, Alice had already explored much of the small town. The forest on the other hand, that still remained undiscovered for her. So that morning, while Will and Cyrus were busy with other things, she decided would be the perfect time for a bit of adventure. As she made her way through the peaceful woods, she smiled to herself. For the most part, they seemed like just your normal everyday woods, just like the kind she might have found in England. But even though they were very ordinary, or at least seemed so, they were still just as beautiful as any of the wonders she had seen in Wonderland.
Suddenly, the natural sounds of chirping birds and chattering squirrels, were joined by the sound of what sounded like a child. Soon, she came upon a clearing, where she found a young boy. He had a sword, and he seemed to be trying to fight with a tree, swinging the sword and talking, whether to the tree or himself, or both, she didn't know. Though the sword was clearly too large for him to handle correctly, obviously made for an adult, probably someone in his family, and was clearly heavy for him, he was obviously determined to master it, which made Alice smile. The boy's stubbornness reminded her of herself at his age, and it immediately endeared her to him.
Making her way closer to him, she grinned. "You know, it would be much easier for you if you had a sword more fitted for your size," she said, "if the sword is too heavy for the person handling it, it will cause problems, and you won't be able to truly fight with it."

Henry had taken his grandfather's sword, it had been an easy thing to do considering the adults were all distracted by something, he didn't know what it was but Henry was determined try and try out his sword fighting skills, and with a real sword, not a wooden one. So he took his grand fathers. Or well one of them. They were all busy so it was easy enough. Henry then went to the woods to try and practice on a tree, to see if he could get any better, he might be able to, no he believed he could.
He had been at this for a while now, he attacked the tree as best he could, he was struggling a little though, this sword was rather heavy and a little big for him so he was having a hard time trying to use it. That didn't matter he was going to do this no matter what, he would beat up the tree that was for sure. he panted a little as he lifted it over and over again. That was until a voice could be heard behind him making Henry jump. When he turned he had not seen this girl before.
"I Know but I have to be able to use one this size when I'm older, so I should practice with it now right?" Henry said looking for the older girl to his sword for a moment. "I've not really seen nay swords my size, they don't think I'm ready for a real blade," Henry admitted looking down at his feet for a bit. "Yeah I guess, do you know where I can get one that's small enough for me?" He asked her hopefully.
